Summary

Ken Dixon (John Henshaw) is the landlord of a Manchester pub called The Grapes. His wife has left him for his (former) best friend abd he now consoles himself with barmaid Tanya (Susan Cookson).

Among the regulars are Joe (Craig Cash), Duffy (Phil Mealey), Eddie (Mark Benton), Tommy (Rodney Litchfield), Debbie (Lisa Millet), Phil (James Quinn) and Nige (Peter Wight).
