General Mukata (Patrice Naiambana) is the former dictator of the African Republic of Kumeria. He's now living in exile in London as a guest of the Foreign Office.
He is accompanied by Solomon (Fraser James), formerly a lieutenant in the Presidential Guard, now chauffeur to General Mukate. Solomon is secretly training to fulfil his lifelong ambition to become a professional dancer.
In spite of his new status, Mukata arrogantly refuses to give up his dictatorial ways.
Other characters include Ellen (Emily Joyce) and Mr Bishop (Owen Brenman).
