Summary

Ray (Paul O'Grady) is the bad-tempered manager of the Rio, a Liverpool bingo hall. He treats all of his staff exactly the same - with complete contempt.

The bingo hall staff includes Christine (Rosie Cavaliero), Sandy (Sheridan Smith), Martin (Tony Maudsley), Mary (Edna Doré) and Bobby (Neil Fitzmaurice).
