Summary

In 2151, the space craft "Camden Lock" is cruising the galaxy, trying to promote Britain's trading interests. The crew's mission is to find new species and persuade them to move their business interests to the Peterborough Enterprise Zone and/or take their holidays in the Lake District.

The ship is commanded by Space Commander Michael Henderson (Nick Frost). His second-in-command is First Officer Eduardo York (Kevin Eldon).

Other members of the crew include Diplomatic Officer Chloe Teal (Miranda Hart), Navigator Dave Vine (Stephen Evans) and Technical Officer Karl Jeffers (Dan Antopolski).

The ship is controlled and steered by a cyborg named Sandstrom (Petra Massey).
