Summary

Lee (Lee Mack) is a lodger in a London flat owned by Kate (Megan Dodds).

Lee has romantic ideas about Kate but never manages to consummate his passion.

Lee's best mate Tim (Tim Vine) is Kate's ex-boyfriend. He still has hopes of winning her back.

In the second series, Kate goes off to work abroad and the flat is bought by Tim's sister, Lucy (Sally Bretton).

A pilot programme (in which Kate was played by Catherine Tate) was made but was never transmitted.
