Maurice Riley (Anthony Head) and Syd Woolsey (Warren Clarke) used to be a renowned pair of burglars nicknamed "The Invisibles".
After living in Spain for many years, the pair decide to move to a sleepy Devon town along with their families.
Then Syd's idiot son Joe (Darren Tighe) gets into trouble with a gang of loan sharks and needs to raise £18,000.
With the help of Hedley Huthwaite (Dean Lennox Kelly) and Young Nick (Paul Barber), Maurice and Syd decide to come out of retirement to raise money to help Joe out.
