1: Monday Morning Will Be Fine (2 Feb 92)
The Meldrews arrive home to find that their house has been burgled. Victor is horrified to learn that the burglars were even helped by some of the neighbours. The television set has been stolen. How will Victor manage without it?
2: Dreamland (9 Feb 92)
Victor calls in the police when Margaret goes missing. He buys a dreadful sweater and a pair of second-hand shoes. Nick Swainey's pigeons aren't quite what Victor expected. A trip to a local fete ends in monkey business.
3: The Broken Reflection (16 Feb 92)
Victor's brother Alfred arrives on a visit from New Zealand. Patrick and Pippa ask the Meldrew's to look after their house while they're on holiday. Victor has words with a neighbour about litter. The neighbour's husband retaliates with a hosepipe, but it's Patrick and Pippa who suffer. Alfred makes a sudden departure.
4: The Beast In The Cage (23 Feb 92)
A bank holiday drive turns into a nightmare for Victor, Margaret and Mrs Warboys.
5: Beware The Trickster On The Roof (1 Mar 92)
Nick Swainey returns from holiday and brings back an unwelcome gift for the Meldrews. Victor has problems with a taxi and tries his hand at surgery on a teddy bear. A legacy proves not to be what the Meldrews were expecting. Patrick and Pippa are trying to sell their house but, thanks to Victor, they're not finding it easy.
6: The Worst Horror Of All (8 Mar 92)
The Meldrews go to great lengths to avoid a visit from the dreaded Ronnie and Mildred. A visit to a TV studio causes problems for a window cleaner. Victor starts a new job as a doorman at a posh hotel, but resigns after an argument with an obnoxious guest.
