Comedy A-Z Pages:
Six years after the end of his Q5 programme, Spike Milligan persuaded the BBC to let him resurrect the show as Q6.
As with the earlier programme, each episode consisted of a rapid succession of sketches.
The subject matter often explored new areas for comedy and, once again, some viewers complained about the programme.
Once again, the sketches tended to be rather "hit and miss", interspersing sheer comic brilliance with unfunny or incomprehensible material.
